Welcome to Lumeford. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lumeford. We operate this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services offered through it, in order to provide customers with an online shopping experience.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced on the website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our website and services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use the website.

Article 2 - Our products

Lumeford products are our own creations, designed and manufactured in France under the Lumeford brand.

We may display products, images, descriptions, sizes, colours, prices and availability on the website. We aim to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee that all product information will be error-free at all times.

We reserve the right to limit sales, refuse orders, discontinue products, update descriptions or correct errors where necessary. Any offer for a product or service made on this site is void where prohibited by law.

Our stock is held in France. United Kingdom orders are dispatched from France with DHL Express. Standard delivery is free, and Lumeford handles any applicable customs duties or import charges so customers are not asked to pay additional import fees on delivery.

Article 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We may verify information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where we believe it is fraudulent, abusive, placed by resellers without authorisation, affected by an error, or otherwise contrary to these terms.

Article 4 - Prices and billing

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the full order summary before checkout, including products, quantities, delivery address, payment details and any shipping costs.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, billing or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or refund any amount already paid where appropriate.

Article 5 - Shipping and delivery

Our current delivery destination is the United Kingdom. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, and transit takes 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, for a total estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days within the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs checks or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order for eligible new and unused products. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products and accept exchanges, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Accepted returns are always free: we provide a prepaid label and charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable proof of postage, and always within the applicable statutory deadline. UK consumers retain all mandatory cancellation and fault remedies.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product presentation, images, videos, design, layout and software, are owned by or licensed to Lumeford, Shopify or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer or exploit any part of the website without written permission, except as permitted by law.

We may provide access to third-party tools or optional features that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided as available and without warranties from us. Your use of optional tools is at your own discretion and risk.
