Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit usually takes 5–9 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Any available charge will be shown before payment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are emailed when available after dispatch. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Can I change or cancel an order?

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. UK consumers also retain their statutory cancellation and fault remedies.
What should I check before ordering lighting?
Review the selected size, finish, dimensions, voltage, installation requirements, ingress-protection rating and included components on the product page. Hardwired products should be installed by a competent electrician in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable UK requirements.
