About Lumeford
Lumeford is a French lighting brand founded and operated by Ali Hannou. We create lighting for homes and interiors, combining functional design, carefully selected materials and clear technical information.
Designed and manufactured in France
Lumeford products are our own creations. They are designed and manufactured in France under the Lumeford brand. Our stock is held in France, and every order is prepared and dispatched from France.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
We sell and deliver exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped from France with DHL Express. Transit normally takes 1 to 3 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery is free.
Lumeford handles the export and import formalities and any applicable customs or import charges. Customers are not asked to pay additional customs or import fees when their order is delivered.
Returns and customer support
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products and offer exchanges in accordance with our Returns Policy. Accepted returns are free and use a prepaid return label.
